Questions

Where does the platform data come from?

Licensed third-party data providers behind a swappable adapter layer. YouTube uses official-API-compatible data. We never ask for your platform passwords for research, only for direct publishing.

Do I need to connect my own social accounts?

Yes, if you want to use our direct scheduling, auto-publishing, and analytics features. You can also use the platform just for research and creation without connecting accounts.

What's a credit?

One credit = one AI action: a video analysis, a generated script, or an AI-assisted comment reply. Tracking, browsing, scheduling, and analytics are free within your plan limits.

What counts as a brand?

A brand is one workspace: its own social channels, voice calibration, content calendar, and research library. Agencies typically run one brand per client.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated) and your credit allowance jumps to the new tier right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Scheduling, publishing, and analytics keep working. Only AI generation pauses. Buy a credit top-up or upgrade to keep generating.

Do unused credits roll over?

Base credits reset monthly, while top-up packs last 90 days.

Does it write in Danish?

Yes. Output language is a per-workspace setting, and research briefs, hooks and scripts follow it. The interface itself is English.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Transcripts, hooks, and reports export to CSV or PDF, and the integration API can push approved content into your own pipeline if you prefer not to use our built-in scheduler.
